Hope - Ray Of Light

The photograph is of a temple which has a hole for light ray to be falling on the ground. It was built during the Pallava's (the things you learn when you travel!). And if you go to Kanchipuram beware of the heat, temperature touchs 35+*C!

The reason I’ve put it here is because it’s a photograph that has good contrast. The image has light and dark areas right next to each other, all over the photograph.

Kailasnathar Temple is built by the Pallava Dynasty during the first quarter of the eighth century. The temple is built of red sandstone and has innumerable carvings of Pallva art, of which the Urdhva Thandava dance of Siva and the laughing face of Parvathi are worth seeing. The architechture of this temple resembles the shore temple at Mamallapuram.
